Ninn Worx's DVD Catalog Moves to Online Store

Santa Barbara, CA – Ninn Worx’s DVD catalog has moved online and is available exclusively through the store at MichaelNinn.com [http://store.michaelninn.com].

Michael Ninn’s legacy series, and block-buster features, have found a new home in the online store, giving consumers exclusive access to the entire Ninn Worx DVD catalog. The store will serve as the signature source for new DVD releases beyond 2012.

The Ninn Worx DVD catalog has not been readily available to the public since 2009, and the introduction of the official online store will make it easier for collectors to fill in titles they may be missing from award winning lines such as ‘Innocence’, ‘Solo Erotica’ and ‘FEM’, as well as giving those that have recently discovered Ninn Worx brand of art-core erotic imagery a chance to delve deeply into the DVD library.

Ninn explains, “Our catalog of over 100 titles has been off the retail market for approximately 2 years. Adam and Eve distributed ‘The Four’ this year, and that is available through all retail outlets. However, our very popular series lines, and features like ‘Sacred Sin’, ‘Catherine’, and ‘In the Garden of Shadows’ have been missing from most retailers’ shelves.”

New Ninn Worx titles produced in 2012, and thereafter, will be debuted through the store on MichaelNinn.com, and plans are to offer new releases in digital streaming and download, along with both Blu-Ray and DVD formats.

Michael Ninn The Four movie screenplayAs publicists, our first job is to let the client stand out and to disappear into the background. Sure, our friends in the press know who we are, as do our clients and practically everyone else in the adult industry . . . We are the ones behind a lot of what you might see in the press about our clients. And we spend a lot of time and creative energy keeping our clients in the public eye, handling everything from pitching and arranging interviews and news stories, writing and distributing press releases and media kits, to packing product for review, as well as 100s of other things a professional publicist does.

However, when the news goes out there into the public eye, Black and Blue Media (me and Jay) are not supposed to be what people see. As true publicity professionals, we know this, acknowledge it, and in fact, welcome it. But in certain cases: Sometimes it’s nice to be recognized.

This is one of those cases, a situation where working with a client brought us out from the category of “publicist” and into the category of creative partner. The case? Jay and I worked with Michael Ninn on the voice over portion of the script for his upcoming adult feature, ‘The Four’. And Mr. Ninn acknowledged and honored our work by giving credit in his movie to me.

Now I would like to publicly thank this brilliant and wonderful man, here on our site. I know I’ve said it to him, but this needs to be on record here, where the rest of the world can see it:

We’ve had so many people contact us in the past four years, looking for consultation on how publicity can benefit their company, yet not ready to commit to hiring a publicist. The director previously known as Michael Ninn has left his association with Ninn Worx_SR – A Spearmint Rhino Company. IMNINN plans to embark on a new multi-media project that will deliver the singular fusion of creative imagery and hardcore adult entertainment that has marked his legendary 16-year career, from his days at Western Visuals to his most current partnership in Ninn Worx_SR.

“I would first like to apologize to the people who believed in me over the last eight months as I made my path through a journey called Ninn Worx_SR. I publicly apologize to Brea Bennett, Cassidey, Jana Jordan, Nikki Kane and Renee Perez, who believed in me and a dream I had, called Ninn Worx_SR. You did not deserve the way you have been treated, the half-truths you were told, nor the lack of respect you were given. Ninn Worx Contract Star Brea Bennett is ‘Insatiable’

Ninn Worx contract star Brea Bennett explodes in ‘Insatiable’, shipping to retail outlets on Wednesday, May 21, 2008.

Bennett remembers the shoot at the San Fernando Valley studio, The Goat House, “It was pouring by the afternoon. I love rain, and even more so, violent weather. It started to hail and the colder and more savage it got outside, the hotter I got, and the more hungry for hard, hold me down and fuck me senseless, sex. I directed all of my energy into the body of my partner. That’s how the title came about, I was truly insatiable during that shoot.”

“It was a truly amazing thing to watch this tiny girl become a panther in heat as the weather turned for the worse. As long as you’re not shooting outside, I have found that inclement weather sometimes loosens up the cast. It’s not as hot under the lights, the mood is lighter than when it’s 101 degrees in the shade, and certainly no one is rushing to get off the set and on to the roads. But in this case, it turned Brea into a tiger in the sack, and made for an incredibly hot release,” laughs Ninn Worx Producer, Lorraine Sisco.

Assistant Producer for Ninn Worx, Moxxie Maddron, concurs with a playful caveat, “Oh man, the behind the scenes rolls came out great. Every one was playing around and acting like it was a snow day from school. Marco Banderas was posing with a rose in his teeth. Nick Manning was working his growl face. Brea and the girls were having a great time with fur and feather costumes that are actually comfortable in that weather . . . However, I do have to say our craft services and the grips that were caught outside in the hailstorm weren’t too happy. It’s a good thing we only hire industry professionals with a good sense of humor for Ninn sets.”
